About Us
Founded in 2001, Anchor Technology was an outgrowth from Pioneer Home Remodeling, a successful home remodeling company in the Northern Illinois and North Texas areas from 1987 – 2000. Pioneer Home Remodeling was founded on the principle of giving the customer what they wanted for a fair and honest price. We never viewed ourselves as a home remodeling company, but rather viewed ourselves as a customer service company that did home remodeling.
In 2001, we took that same business model and transitioned into the technology field, focusing on business computer networking and network security. Over the years we added website and social media marketing.
However, our core value, that of being a customer service company, has never changed. At Anchor Technology, we view ourselves as a customer service company that does technology work, thereby always putting you, the customer, first and foremost.
